Many people have dreams of starting and succeeding in a home based business and with good reason. Every one of them have different goals that they are looking to accomplish, or problems they are looking to solve.
The problem comes when they fail to realize that a dream can only come true if a person takes actions everyday to make it come true. An Olympic athlete didn’t dream to win a medal. He worked hard for it. A doctor didn’t dream she could help save someone’s life, she worked hard for it.
Here is how it goes all to often. A person signs up for a business and starts talking about it without being properly trained or worse yet, they talk to their family and friends before they sign up. Their friends and family respond with doubtful messages and were not supportive right off the bat. They had their first dose of rejection. No one likes rejection, but it is inevitable.
They didn’t yet learn how to handle it and then they began to doubt themselves and their decisions. They began to doubt whether this industry can work for them or whether they can even succeed. Their thoughts are concentrated on the negative and they began to feel overwhelmed. and then they . . . . QUIT.
What if I said it didn’t have to be that way? What if I said, YOU can have a different story?
